Please come for a Personalised 1 on 1 private consultation, where your individual needs and goals will be discussed and catered for in a specially designed program, specifically tailored just for you. You can come and see me in my Air-conditioned Healing Space or if you prefer, you can see me in the privacy of your own home.

If you are interested in Aqua Fitness and you have your own pool, I can come to your home and design a program specific for you with your goals in mind.
